The College of Science at the University of Karbala, in collaboration with the Nahj Al-Arbaeen Cultural Charitable Foundation and the Ansar Al-Qa’im (AJ) Committee, held its annual ceremony to commemorate the blessed Sha’ban birth anniversaries. The event witnessed a wide academic presence, including the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hassan Jameel Jawad Al-Fatlawi, along with a distinguished group of faculty members and students.

The ceremony commenced with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by the national anthem and a moment of silence in remembrance of Iraq’s martyrs. The event featured various activities, including a welcome speech by the Dean, as well as poetic recitations honoring Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

Additionally, the celebration included an interactive cultural competition for attendees, featuring religious and scientific questions, with prizes awarded to the winners. At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Dean honored the winners with appreciation awards, commending the efforts of students and participants in making this annual event a success.
