College of Science Organizes Training Course on Contaminating Fungi in Fruits and Vegetables: Detection and Control Methods

The Department of Biology at the College of Science, University of Kerbala, organized a training course entitled “Fungi Contaminating Fruits and Vegetables: Methods of Detection and Control.”

The course aimed to equip participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to identify fungi contaminating fruits and vegetables, diagnose them through laboratory techniques, assess their health and economic risks, and apply effective preventive and control measures during harvesting, storage, and marketing stages.
