The Chemical, Biological, and Radiological Safety and Security Unit, in collaboration with the Razzaza and West Euphrates Research Unit, organized a training course titled “Safe Use of Laboratory Instruments.” The course aimed to familiarize participants with the correct and safe methods for operating laboratory equipment, ensuring the safety of staff and students during research activities.
The course included practical training sessions on the safe and effective use of various instruments in the Department of Biology laboratories, with demonstrations on preventive measures and proper operating procedures. These activities contributed to enhancing participants’ understanding of how to handle laboratory equipment with precision and safety.
This course is part of a series of training programs designed to develop the skills of laboratory personnel and students, strengthening their ability to adhere to safety and security standards in the research environment.
